Our most popular trip! Paddle along the coast to Split Apple Rock –Toka Ngāwha, a beautiful, atmospheric place and one of the Abel Tasman coastline's most iconic spots. It's an easy, two-hour return trip, and by the end you'll understand how empowering membership of a waka crew can be. Bookings are required and we offer discounts for groups.

Trip description

Let us create a unique experience for your school, business, iwi, tour or team-building group. Paddle as a group along the coast, try your hand at racing, or ask us to design a customised adventure, especially for your crew. Watch fresh air, exercise and co-operation work their wonders. Each double-hulled waka seats a maximum of 11 people. Maximum fun!

Kō Awatea/Sunrise

Trip description

Get a group together and share the magic of sunrise with us! We honour Te Rā (the sun) and the timatanga (begining) from the moana (ocean). This is a special experience when no one else is around starting at 6am finising at 8am (these times could change slightly due to the sunrise time). Then start your day having already experiencing magic!
